• Dr. Scott Kalniz, DDS, a prominent healthcare private equity partner and DSO executive, anchors the oral health and clinical operations side with over 20 years of experience scaling healthcare businesses.
• Michael McCarthy, a veteran corporate strategist with a stellar track record across major healthcare, strategy, and dental positions—including Eli Lilly, Pentax, and Deutsch—who will guide our ventures through commercialization and market positioning. 
• Craig Spencer, a seasoned technology and corporate strategy executive with deep operational roots at global tech giants like Dell and Samsung, joins the council to help our portfolio companies scale their enterprise infrastructure and business development.
